Renowned Tenor, Pascal Gauthier, to be the special guest soloist of the Canadian Club of the Yamaska Valley

Pascal Gauthier, renowned tenor, who has sung with Pavarotti, will be spotlighted in the Christmas musical program of the Canadian Club of the Yamaska Valley, on Monday December 7th at 2:00 p.m. at the Auberge West Brome. Pascal, who makes Waterloo his home, is well known in the francophone community of our region, singing in many venues in this part of the Eastern Townships. One of his latest concerts was at the Palace Theatre in Granby to launch his new CD. He has just recently become better known in the English-speaking community.

Pascal along with the men of the Yamaska Merry Gentlemen Ensemble, will usher in the Christmas season with a variety of Christmas songs and carols and will invite the audience to join them in a sing-a-long of many familiar carols. All are welcome. After their presentation, all are invited to a reception of tea or coffee and home baked goodies made by members of the executive of our club.

This meeting will be held at the Auberge West Brome, 128 Route 139, West Brome, Quebec at 2:00 p.m.  Admission for non-members is $10.  Those wishing to have lunch at 12 noon preceding the meeting can make a reservation with the Auberge by phoning 450-266-7552
